The Expected Ship Date messages on our Website tell you how quickly products are expected to leave our warehouses after Myron receives approval to proceed with your artwork/imprint and order details.
After you have placed your order, Myron will send you an Order Acknowledgment email requesting approval to proceed with the order. Once approved, we will process your order within the "Expected Ship Date" time frame. You will also receive an email once your order has shipped that will include a link to track the shipment of your order.

United Parcel Service is Myron's preferred delivery service in the United States. Our flexible delivery options include UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air. Orders shipped UPS Ground should arrive within 6 business days. Deliveries to HI, AK and Puerto Rico may take longer.
After selecting your shipping method within the shopping cart, your shipping charges will be calculated and displayed on the Order Review page during checkout. Charges vary depending on destination, weight of products to be shipped and the delivery method. NJ sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to a NJ address.
Estimated Ship Date
The estimated ship date is the date your order will leave Myron. To ensure timely delivery, orders with multiple products may ship separately. New customers selecting Bill Me as the payment option are subject to credit review. Please allow an additional 3 business days. For more information, please review our frequently asked questions.
We use special insulated packaging and cool packs to protect chocolate orders from heat when shipping during warm weather months and/or to warm climates. This will generate additional charges for your order. For certain destinations 2-day shipping may be necessary to preserve the quality of the products. Please contact our Customer Service team for more information and applicable charges.
