SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING MANAGER (PPC SEO)


Myron Corp - a 65-year strong Global Leader in Personalized Business Gifts – is seeking a talented online marketer to drive online revenue growth through paid search and SEO.

POSITION PURPOSE

The Search Engine Marketing Manager is responsible for acquiring new customers through paid search, display, remarketing, natural search and other digital marketing techniques. This position will deliver month-over-month revenue growth for the online / e-commerce channel, as well as lead generation for outbound call centers.

Reporting to the Director of Web Marketing, this opportunity is ideal for a digital marketer that is ready to take on a manage role in a well-established company. You’ll work across multiple online channels, including Paid Search (PPC), Display, Remarketing, Comparison Shopping, Natural Search (SEO), Social Media and e-mail. The ideal candidate will have relevant hands-on B2B, B2C or retail digital marketing experience in developing and executing strategic online programs to drive new qualified traffic and conversions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Drive online traffic, acquisitions, leads and revenue through Paid Search (Google, Yahoo!, Bing/MSN, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), Display Advertising, Remarketing and Comparison Shopping sites at acceptable ROI as defined by the business.
  • Manage Search Engine Optimization for targeted keywords, conduct keyword research for new products and develop white hat SEO strategies to improve natural search rankings in collaboration with the e-commerce team and external vendors.
  • Create brand/product awareness via banner ads, SEM, social media and e-mail campaigns. Ensure the customer experience is consistently improved and optimized.
  • Develop monthly online campaign calendar in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales and Service teams. Manage internal and external resources to set budgets, execute programs, monitor, measure and provide regular reporting on conversion and campaign effectiveness.
  • Monitor Web traffic, conversions and ROI for all digital acquisition programs through rigorous planning and campaign execution, A/B and multivariate testing, optimization and analysis.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3 years of experience in a digital/e-commerce role with proven success in driving acquisition and revenues.
  • Experience across various marketing channels, primarily PPC, SEO, display ads and remarketing; exposure/knowledge of shopping feeds, email, social and other innovative online marketplaces or media a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Design Suite, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery coding a plus.
  • Certifications in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Microsoft AdExcellence, and Yahoo! Ambassador preferred.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or equivalent digital accreditation.
