Return Policy & Instructions


We make every effort to ensure that your promotional gifts are manufactured to your exact specifications and we're not satisfied until you are. If you would like to request a return or replacement after receiving your merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department by sending an e-mail to service@myron.com with your order number in the subject line. You may also call us toll free at 1-877-803-3358. Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you, Monday through Friday, from 8:30am until 6pm, EST.

PLEASE NOTE: due to the dollar value of custom Adler Collection Watch orders, Myron's usual unconditional 100% guarantee does not apply. We will gladly accept a return or replacement if there is a quality defect in the item or if the artwork does not match the details in the order proof that you approved. All watch orders will need to be carefully reviewed and an authorization form signed giving us your approval to proceed with the order so that we may provide you with the best possible experience with no risk.

To return your order by mail, please follow the 4 steps below:

1. Please make sure your order number appears on the outside and inside of all cartons.
2. Briefly explain the problem with your order.
3. If an imprint error has occurred, please provide the correct imprint with your return.
