The availability of the various color pens is not good as my emerald green pens have been on backorder for 4 weeks and are due to ship in the middle of May. Blue is the only color that seems to be available.

I think this pen is fantastic for the nightclub owners & managers that I am marketing my products to. Everyone to whom I've given one has been impressed. I've been proud to have given it out.

However, one of my customers who which I gave a pen just last week told me the light is already not working. He has been using the pen normally, without the light on for long periods of time. If this happened with that customer, how many other customers will experience this? I'm very disappointed for 2 reasons. First, my rep (first name Tia) specifically told me that if the light was carelessly left on, it would shine for about 14 days. Second, this reflects on me & my business, because it gives the impression that I gave a cheap product to represent my company.
