Return & Replacement Instructions


We make every effort to ensure that your promotional gifts are manufactured to your exact specifications and we're not satisfied until you are. If you would like to request a return or replacement after receiving your merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department by sending an e-mail to service@myron.com with your order number in the subject line. You may also call us toll free at 1-877-803-3358. Customer Service Representatives are available to assist you, Monday through Friday, from 8:30am until 8pm, EST.

To return your order by mail, please follow the 4 steps below:

1. Please make sure your order number appears on the outside and inside of all cartons.
2. Briefly explain the problem with your order.
3. If an imprint error has occurred, please provide the correct imprint with your return.
