A study conducted by Southern
Methodist University demonstrated
that when a test group of small
businesses spent exactly the
same amount on a coupon mailing
(including the discounts the
coupons were good for) as they
did on promotional products,
customers who received gifts, on
average, placed more orders, and
spent more per month than they
did when they received discount
coupons.
Now that's getting the
most for your money!
