Promotional Drink Tumblers
Tumblers for commutes, desks, and event handouts
Busy offices and event teams use custom drink tumblers to keep beverages close during meetings, trainings, and long show days. When you need a practical giveaway that gets used at desks, in breakrooms, or on the commute, tumblers fit naturally into daily routines. Consider whether recipients will carry it one-handed, toss it in a bag, or keep it on a conference table. Details like lids, straws, handles, and insulation help match the tumbler to the way people actually drink throughout the day.

Choosing the right tumbler style
Start with size and carry style: a 16 oz option works well for desk use, while larger 24 oz and 40 oz tumblers suit longer shifts and travel days. For warm drinks, insulated travel mugs and vacuum insulated tumblers help reduce temperature swings during commutes. For cold drinks at conferences, tumblers with lid & straw and straw tumblers reduce spills while walking between sessions. If you want something more attention-grabbing on a table, color changing tumblers and full color imprint options stand out without changing how recipients use the item.
Tumbler questions buyers ask
What makes a tumbler different from a travel mug?
A tumbler is typically a straight-sided drink container that’s easy to hold at a desk or carry between sessions. A travel mug usually emphasizes commuting details like handles, snap seals, or auto sip lids.
Which tumbler styles help reduce spills at conferences?
Tumblers with lid & straw and straw tumblers help reduce spills when people are walking and juggling badges or bags. Snap seal tumbler travel mugs add another option when you want a more closed drinking surface.
When should I choose vacuum insulated tumblers for employee programs?
Vacuum insulated tumblers make sense when recipients will use the item for longer stretches like shifts, training days, or commuting. Vacuum insulated tumblers are also helpful when the tumbler will sit on a desk and people sip over time.
How do I choose between single wall and double wall tumblers?
Double wall tumblers are a practical pick when you want better temperature hold and less condensation on desks. Single wall tumblers can be simpler for quick cold drinks and short-duration use.
What imprint styles work well on drink tumblers?
Full color imprint is useful when artwork includes gradients or multiple colors. Laser imprint is often chosen when you want a crisp mark on stainless steel styles.
What size tumbler is common for office desks and onboarding kits?
A 16 oz tumbler is a common desk-friendly size that fits easily in most work routines. A 20 oz tumbler can be a better fit when you want fewer refills during meetings.
