4 starsI would buy this product again. The tumbler is nice quality. The agency patch that was embossed on the mug is very detailed and looks very professional as well as the scribing of our Core Values listed on the opposite side of the mug. I was hoping the patch and scribe was larger. I will have to give a shout out to one of your team members, Jenny Hsi. She is very prompt in her email response and very helpful during not only this transaction, but others in the past. She seems to be a great asset to Myron and the other team members. It was a pleasure working with her over the last several years. I am retiring December 1, 2023 and wish her well as well as this company.
