5 starsGreat pen, process not so great! The pen is wonderful! Love the look with our information on it and it writes very well. The process to get the pen did not go so great, lots of calls and took an extremely long process from beginning to end of recieving the pens. Even though there were alot of hiccups Yani G. was super helpful to me so I do appreciate all of her help!
