Disappointed Disappointed in the final product. Unfortunately when we received these personalized cute cold packs the print we selected after working with a rep on the phone was black. We were quite disappointed when we received these and the logo and print is not readable at all. The packs are nice but useless as far as marketing. Had the "expert rep" we were coordinating these with advised to have these printed in white because it would actually show up I would have given these and my experience a higher rating. Apparently this sales person trying to get the sale and not knowledgeable of the product. Pretty disappointed and aggravated that we weren't at least called during the production,
