4 starsLoyalty Is Key #sweepstakes If I'm being honest, I would have given my November purchase 3 stars instead of the 4 that I've given. As usual for my nonprofit I ordered a particular item & was given a delivery date. There was no communication until after the delivery dated past. It was at the time I received notice the item was out of stock. The 4 star rating is because the management team made it right & we met our deadline for the children at the nonprofit.
