4 starsGreat Mug and Great Service The mug itself was of great quality and size for the price. Our Sales Representative worked very hardwfth me to get a great price on our order. However, we did encounter a problem with our order, which was resolved to our satisfaction. After submitting our order with our logo provided, for some reason after an initial proof was sent for review and changes were requested, a final proof was never submitted and a final approval was not given. For some reason, the mugs were printed and shipped, and upon receiving them we did not accept the order. Although we were disappointed in the imprinting, MYRON's Quality Team did work with us graciously and provided excellent service. The mugs were returned with no charges, and we subsequently ordered a different mug to better accommodate our logo. The return process was very easy and efficient.
