Myron's customer service is excellent. The pens I ordered seemed to be of great quality, however, the colour was not the same as I ordered, therefore, I had to return them. I ordered the same colour as a colleague (orange), and their's was a nice bright shade, but the order I received (same colour selection) was a different shade of orange. When I consulted with customer service, they advised that the colour dye lot had changed from the supplier. I was not able to use the pens for my marketing purposes but I definitely would have loved to if the colour had been the shade I had requested.
