    I will be using the pens for advertising They seem to be a better pen then the other ones I purchased The only compliant I would have is the company you used for shipping them was unprofessional when they contacted us after trying to deliver the package. I drive a truck for a living my company is a trucking company so I live on the road. I was on a trip to the west coast of Canada and my wife came with me (it was a working holiday) My wife looks after the office, but we were away, the person who was trying to deliver the pens was very upset they had to call us for pick up I guess and was unprofessional in the way they talked to arrange a date to hold the pens etc... The business I am in is customer service, and they gave the opposite of customer service That's why I gave you a 4 out of 5
